Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.
Minimum Order Quantity
All custom-made products require a minimum order of 5 sets and above.
Production Time
Standard production time is 3 – 7 working days, depending on the product type and quantity.
Production time may vary during peak periods or for special requests.
Payment
Full payment (100%) is required before production begins.
No refunds will be issued once the production process has started.
Colour & Material Variations
Final colours may differ slightly (5–10% variance) due to lighting, printing methods, or screen calibration.
Materials may vary depending on stock availability; equivalent materials will be used if necessary.
Customer Errors
Prime Art Printing is not responsible for mistakes in spelling, low-resolution images, or inaccurate information provided by the customer after design approval.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
Because custom-made items are produced according to confirmed specifications, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed unless the product arrives damaged.
Delivery
Delivery is done via courier or rider service depending on location.
Any damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours, with clear photo/video evidence.
Copyright Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted designs do not infringe any copyright or trademark laws.
Prime Art Printing is not liable for any copyright issues arising from customer-provided designs.
